View and add Tax Certificates on the Settings page

We are happy to add Tax Certificates to the Settings page. You can now view the tax certificates for a user or organisation on the Settings page by selecting the "Tax Certificates" tab. You can add new certificates by clicking the "Add Tax Certificates" button. Once added, tax certificates will entitle you to tax exemptions in the relevant state.
